2026 Veterans Benefit Voyage - 10am - Dining Car
NSHR 365 is our dining car - the “Harriet Tubman.” Each seat is sat at a table of four (seats are sold per seat and not by table). The large windows make for great viewing.
Due to the historic nature of this equipment (being built in the 1930’s), this car is not handicap accessible, as the doorways are between 24 and 25 inches wide. Because of this, wheelchairs cannot be easily accommodated on the train.
Physical tickets are not mailed in advance. Tickets will be available for pickup the day of the event.
Please note, there are no free lap tickets for toddlers due to the length of the trip, and the purpose of raising funds. Infants that are held at all times are exempt from need of a ticket.

10am | 1pm
during
Berwick World War II Weekend
Test Track Park | S. Eaton St., Berwick, PA 18603
These hour-long train rides (10am & 1pm) will load at Test Track Park, in Berwick, PA, travel south towards Bloomsburg (for 30 minutes) and return. Riders must arrive 10 minutes (or earlier) before departure.
In 2024, we unveiled our military units. It has been our goal to use these units to help raise money for nonprofit organizations that support and help our Nation’s Veterans. We opened an application process (which is still open for future consideration) to nonprofit Veteran organizations.
We are excited to announce that this year, our Veterans Benefit Voyage will be held during the Berwick WWII Weekend - thanks to the Stuart Tank Memorial Association.
LVRR 9050 and LVRR 9052 will be providing passenger rides from Test Track Park, in Berwick, PA. 100% of the ticket sales from these rides will go to Hunts for Healing and Expedition Orange.
Hunts for Healing offers outdoor recreation events, such as fishing and hunting, tailored for wounded warriors to help them heal emotionally and spiritually. They provide a space for Veterans to feel accepted and encouraged. Hunts for Healing is run by all volunteers. Their challenging outdoor activities, social interaction, home-cooked meals, and care, provide the friendship, acceptance and encouragement our wounded warriors need and deserve.
We selected Expedition Orange this year, to raise funds for their efforts in supporting Veterans homes - nationwide. The money raised will help Expedition Orange continue visiting Veterans homes across the country and provide a $1,000 donation to every Veterans home in each state they visit. Expedition Orange uses horse and rider to raise national awareness and bring support to Vietnam Veterans and their families suffering from Agent Orange exposure.
Both of these organizations allocate 100% of their donations towards Veterans.
In addition to the train rides, we will be selling merchandise to add to the funds being raised for both of these organizations.
